4. Registration and Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

5. Booking and Scheduling

5.1 Consultation Requests

Initial consultation requests are subject to coach availability and confirmation. Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate scheduling.

5.2 Session Confirmation

All training sessions must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. We will send confirmation via email or phone.

5.3 Rescheduling

You may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests should be submitted through:

5.4 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session fee or rescheduling charges as outlined in our Refund Policy.

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered complete, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Pricing

Service fees are displayed on our Website and communicated during the booking process. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

8. Client Responsibilities

8.1 Participation

To benefit from our Services, you agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually and prepared
• Complete assigned exercises and practice materials
• Engage actively and honestly in coaching sessions
• Provide feedback when requested
• Respect coach time and expertise

8.2 Technical Requirements (Virtual Sessions)

For virtual sessions, you are responsible for:

• Reliable internet connection
• Functioning webcam and microphone
• Quiet, private space for sessions
• Compatible device and updated software

8.3 Conduct

You agree to:

• Treat coaches and staff with respect
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Not record sessions without prior written permission
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants (in group settings)

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Ownership

All Content, including training materials, methodologies, presentations, videos, handouts, and resources provided through our Services, are the intellectual property of LoopBoostHub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal learning purposes. You may not:
